Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mobile Square account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the electronics in their original box with all manuals, cables, and chargers, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Mobile Square

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
