Yes, every device sold at Mobile Square is 100% authentic and comes in original manufacturer packaging with a full warranty. We do not sell refurbished or counterfeit products.
What is your return policy for electronic devices?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for mobile accessories?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mobile Square ships to all states within the US and selected regions in Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Affirm.
Does my phone come with a warranty?
All mobile devices include a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects. You can also purchase 'Mobile Square Care' for additional accidental damage protection.
